This entry-level role partners with operational teams and end users to support scheduling workflows, system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing application support., The Cadence Analyst I is responsible for supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's scheduling application to ensure efficient patient appointment workflows and access operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with the design, build, testing, implementation, and support of solutions within the Epic Cadence application and related functionality such as Appointment Scheduling, Template Management, Resource Scheduling, Waitlist Management, and integration with Prelude and Welcome.
