## About the Role

Do you have experience in Desktop administration?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Houston office. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for supporting the firm's technology infrastructure, end users, cybersecurity initiatives, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a professional services environment, preferably a law firm, and possess strong technical and customer service skills., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

 * 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
 * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and endpoint management
 * Experience with cybersecurity best practices and security tools
 * Experience supporting document management systems
 * Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
 * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

 * Legal technology platforms
 * iManage, NetDocuments, or similar document management systems
 * Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
 * Backup and disaster recovery systems
 * Multi-office or professional services environments

## Description

* Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Active Directory
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls
 * Maintain and support network infrastructure, servers, workstations, printers, and related hardware
 * Provide onsite technical support for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
 * Manage workstation deployment, software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
 * Support and maintain document management systems and legal technology applications
 * Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes
 * Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security awareness
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues
 * Coordinate with vendors and third-party technology providers as needed
 * Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and inventory records
 * Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance efficiency and security
