## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scale Tech to join our dynamic team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing scaling processes for our technology infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and efficiency as our systems grow., * Design, implement, and maintain scalable technology solutions to support business growth.

 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot scaling issues proactively.
 * Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize infrastructure and application scalability.
 * Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline scaling processes.
 * Analyze system metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.
 * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in scaling and infrastructure management.
 * Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.
