The Kubernetes platform enables:: * Horizontal scaling based on demand * High availability across multiple availability zones * Automated deployments and rollbacks * Infrastructure-as-code management * Secure service-to-service communication Data & AI Layer: TruAgents uses PostgreSQL as its primary data platform, serving both traditional transactional workloads and AI-powered retrieval capabilities. The database stores: * Customer and organizational data * Campaign and communication records * User activity and analytics * AI conversation history * Vector embeddings used for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) By utilizing PostgreSQL for both relational and vector workloads, TruAgents maintains a simplified architecture while supporting advanced AI capabilities.
