 * Experience: 1-3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as technical support, application support, client support, implementations, or account coordination; experience working with data integrations, file transfers, and regulated or SaaS environments preferred.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
 * Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.
