## About the Role

Do you have experience in System tuning?, * 3-4 years of recent experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or newer, preferably within an e-commerce environment.

 * Experience designing SQL database structures and stored procedures for high-volume transactional applications.
 * Strong experience optimizing SQL functions, stored procedures, and queries for performance and scalability.
 * Deep understanding of relational database design principles and best practices.
 * Experience with data modeling and schema design.
 * Proficiency creating and maintaining tables, views, indexes, stored procedures, and other database objects.

Technologies You'll Encounter

While not all are required, experience with any of the following is a plus:

 * Microsoft SQL Server
 * SQL Profiler, Performance Monitor, and related performance tuning tools
 * XML and JSON data structures
 * Microsoft Excel
 * Tableau

## Description

firstPRO is seeking a SQL Developer to join our clients team and help design, develop, and optimize database solutions in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and data engineering leadership to support mission-critical applications, improve database performance, and deliver scalable data solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain SQL code, database structures, and data solutions for highly transactional OLTP systems.

 * Collaborate with application developers and project managers to support existing systems and build new database functionality.
 * Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance, including stored procedures, functions, queries, and indexing strategies.
 * Evaluate and fine-tune SQL processes that execute hundreds or thousands of times per minute.
 * Analyze business requirements and software specifications to determine technical feasibility, effort, and resource needs.
 * Participate throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, documentation, development, testing, and deployment.
 * Support data modeling initiatives and ensure adherence to database design best practices.
