## Description

An enterprise technology services organization is seeking an Enterprise Test Lead in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role will oversee the testing lifecycle for critical projects, guiding strategy, execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams., *
Lead the end-to-end test delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Define and implement test strategies, processes, and frameworks aligned with organizational standards.

Ensure quality deliverables through defect management, test coverage, and traceability practices.

Manage distributed testing teams and support collaboration across onshore and offshore resources.
