In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for end-users, manage Windows-based systems, and ensure seamless onboarding and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Windows environments, user management, and Microsoft ecosystem tools, including Active Directory (AD), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Office 365.
