## Description

We are seeking an experienced Jr. System Engineer with MSP experience to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. This position focuses on supporting and maintaining client environments, resolving escalated technical issues, and working closely with Level 1 technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery., * Support and maintain Windows-based server and workstation environments

 * Troubleshoot escalated technical issues related to systems, networking, and cloud services
 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user access, and security configurations
 * Assist with network administration including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and switches
 * Support Azure environments including virtual machines, backups, and basic cloud services
 * Maintain and support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
 * Document systems, processes, and resolutions clearly and consistently
 * Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and assist with training and technical guidance
 * Deliver professional, responsive customer support aligned with MSP best practices
