This hands-on leadership role is responsible for people, systems, and innovation, ensuring that technology supports business goals securely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has proven experience applying AI and automation to improve processes, managing enterprise systems, and maintaining robust cybersecurity and data governance programs., Strategy & Leadership * Develops and executes a multi-year technology and AI roadmap aligned with business objectives. * Evaluates and implements emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, to enhance productivity and decision-making. * Oversees ERP systems and ensures integration with company workflows, data analytics, and reporting tools. * Establishes data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. * Provides executives with insights and predictive analytics for operational and strategic planning. * Manages IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
