Do you have experience in Mapping using GIS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field AND three (3) years of experience using ArcGIS or related GIS software with at least one (1) year of programming experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to obtain the knowledge and skill to perform the essential functions of the job.
