## Description

Our IT HelpDesk Technicians eagerly assist employees with basic computer maintenance issues and problems, perform a variety of standard maintenance activities software installations and support items to ensure employee technology meets company standards and requirements., * Receive and prioritize calls and e-mails from users.

 * Assign task appropriate trouble tickets and ensures that all problems are tracked, measured, resolved and verified.
 * Provide first-line support by answering technical questions and providing solutions to problems.
 * Complete hardware and software installation.
 * Maintains, upgrades and repairs credit union PC's and peripheral equipment for all systems.
 * Provide consistent member follow-up.
 * Comply with all regulations as required by law.
