Your technical expertise will be instrumental in ensuring every deployment delivers reliable, high-performing network environments that support client operational and technological needs while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. In This Role, You Will: * Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned HSIA (High-Speed Internet Access) installations * Partner closely with Project Management, Design, Client Success, and Support teams to deliver successful installations. * Participate in project hand-off and planning calls to ensure smooth execution from kickoff to completion. * Execute technical responsibilities and ensure all network deployments consistently meet established brand and company technical standards * Create and maintain detailed network documentation, diagrams, and configuration templates for each project * Recommend process and configuration template changes to improve scalability and performance * Participate in ongoing technical training and knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at strengthening the technical expertise of the Service Center and Advanced Support teams * Manage, escalate, and resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and operational best practices * Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to the company at the forefront of network innovation., The organization is committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance connectivity and improve user experiences across hotels, resorts, multifamily communities, and smart environments.
