## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * 3-5 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.

 * Strong familiarity with Office 365 administration and tools.

 * Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

 * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

 * Determined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

 * Exemplary customer service along with solid written and verbal communication skills.

 * Basic understanding of IT purchasing, shipping/receiving, and inventory processes is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience maintaining documentation, runbooks, or playbooks.

 * Interest in process improvement and data-driven decision making.

 * Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies and procedures

## Description

We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Operations Specialist to serve a key role within our IT Department. This position combines hands-on help desk support with critical administrative, operational, and organizational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to support the overall efficiency of the IT team., * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support to end users, including basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.

 * Manage IT department data collection, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate documentation and metrics.

 * Maintain and update IT policies, procedures, and playbooks to support consistent department.

 * Handle IT Shipping & Receiving activities, including inventory management, asset tracking, and coordination with vendors.

 * Support IT Purchasing processes, including requisitioning equipment, software licenses, and supplies.

 * Oversee information tracking and management across multiple IT systems and tools.

 * Assist with maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and records.

 * Support special projects and initiatives as needed within the IT department.

 * Participate in occasional travel (approximately 15%) for equipment deployment, site support, or training.
