You'll help guide the foundation strategy and roadmap, balancing investment, scalability, cost efficiency, and long-term business value. You'll get to define and evolve platform KPIs and success metrics, like adoption, resiliency, developer experience, time-to-market, and operational health. You'll then bring those metrics to life through monitoring and reporting frameworks that show real impact. You'll drive execution of complex, multiteam enterprise platform programs, managing risks, milestones, and change across engineering, product, and operations.
