Lead the migration of legacy applications to Salesforce. Lead a team to manage build, run & maintenance activities of the Salesforce platform Close alignment with other tech leads on architecture with a strong focus on reusability Champion AI-enabled software development, testing and deployment. Responsibilities: * Lead the build of Originations product area(s) incorporating the design & transformation of existing applications landscapes (50%) * Help establish & manage the IT Integration team for the specific Business area(s) (10%) * Information Security & Data Protection, risk management & compliance ensure adherence to IT security concepts based on corporate IT standards (10%) * Manage timely issue solving, good collaboration. Negotiate SLAs & contracts with internal and external partner (10%) * Insure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce integration platform with consideration of cost efficiency and cost transparency.
