Ideal candidates will have some graphic design experience and a good working knowledge of the Adobe suite of design products. This is a customer-facing position; we're looking for someone who will enjoy interfacing with customers in our community. You will be working with clients in-store, over the phone, through email, and through our website to process incoming jobs. We have an excellent relationship with our community and we've built a trusting relationship with our clients. New hires will become an integral member of our small team and an asset to our community. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can multi-task. Typical work-load includes responding to emails, processing large projects, working with existing customers to realize their design and printing goals, and helping walk-in customers with numerous projects. This would be a great position for recent graduates or anyone looking to build their resume and learn real-world graphic design skills. Even if you don't have a lot of graphic design experience or experience with Adobe products, you will have the opportunity to work on projects from the design stage to completion.
