The ideal candidate is a systems thinker capable of grasping large, complex architectural problems and translating them into structured, executable plans. This person earns influence through deep expertise, clear communication, and a consistent track record of sound technical judgment. They will work across all teams and technology stacks, providing guidance and oversight that elevates the quality and consistency of our engineering output. This person will also provide technical oversight to our near-shore team that is performing engineering contract work.
