 * Apple MDM administration experience.
 * Google Workspace administration.
 * VOIP telecommunications systems.
 * PowerSchool Student Information System.
 * Interactive displays and projector technologies.
 * IP-based security camera systems.
 * Door access control systems.
 * Printers, copiers, and related peripherals.
 * Virtualized server environments.

## Description

The Information Technology Support Assistant will assist the Director of Information Technology in supporting technology operations throughout Nettle Creek School Corporation., * Provide technical support and assistance to students and staff.

 * Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair district hardware and software.
 * Support Chrome OS, Microsoft Windows, macOS, and iPadOS devices.
 * Deploy and maintain staff and student technology devices.
 * Track repairs and technology assets through the district inventory system.
 * Assist with network infrastructure support, including cabling, wireless systems, and connectivity troubleshooting.
 * Assist with installation and maintenance of security camera and door access control systems.
 * Support classroom technology including printers, interactive displays, projectors, document cameras, tablets, and telephones.
 * Assist with server, backup, and technology infrastructure maintenance.
 * Support and troubleshoot PowerSchool and other district technology systems.
 * Assist with state and local testing technology initiatives.
 * Work with the Director of Learning to support instructional technology resources and instructional technology initiatives.
 * Provide technology training and guidance to staff as needed.
 * Maintain confidentiality of district data and information.
 * Perform other technology-related duties as assigned.
