You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments., * 8-10+ years consulting or equivalent leadership in enterprise tech transformation

## Description

As a Management Consultant, you will work with senior executives to shape enterprise strategies and lead high-impact transformation initiatives. The role blends structured problem-solving, client leadership, and hands-on delivery, with a growing focus on applying AI and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

 * Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements (scope, plan, delivery, outcomes)
 * Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex environments
 * Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on tradeoffs
 * Drive portfolio-level transformation planning (dependencies, sequencing, value realization)
 * Support large pursuits through shaping, proposals, and executive storyline development
 * Mentor teams and build capability through structured coaching
