Equivalent work experience will also be considered. * 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst or similar technical role. * Strong T-SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, performance awareness, and stored procedures. * Working experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar reporting tools. * Demonstrated Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX measures, dashboard design and publication. * Excel/VBA proficiency: User Forms, event-driven macros, and workbook automation. * Working experience with C#/.NET or Python in a professional or project setting. * Familiarity with ERP systems (Viewpoint Spectrum, Sage, Procore, or similar construction ERP a plus). * Experience using AI coding assistants or AI-powered tools in day-to-day work. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential company information with discretion and professionalism., * Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum ERP or other construction/project management ERP platforms. * Familiarity with Azure cloud services (SQL Database, etc.). * Experience maintaining or contributing to a shared code repository (e.g., GitHub). * Background in construction, architecture, or engineering industry data environments. In this role, you will partner with teams throughout the company to analyze ERP and operational data, develop meaningful reports and dashboards, and support internal applications that drive daily business processes.
