In this role, you will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Ooma's products and services through comprehensive testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams. You will play a key role in defining test strategies, developing test plans, building and maintaining lab environments, tracking defects, and delivering quality insights to stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to work with modern test automation tools, including AI-assisted testing technologies.
