Experience:

 * Basic computer and networking skills (installation, troubleshooting)
 * 1 year of computer technician experience

Additional Requirements:

 * Ability to self-research and become proficient with new systems and tools.
 * Knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers and peripherals.
 * Knowledge of network hardware.
 * Ability to accurately type 25 WPM
 * Knowledge of desktop and mobile operating systems.
 * Work hours require flexibility, with some after-hours support as needed.
 * Ability to complete tasks and solve problems independently as well as in teams.
 * Must be able to climb ladders
 * Must be able to distinguish colors
 * Must be able to see small and very small objects in detail
 * Must be able to operate power and hand tools and test equipment
 * Must possess fine motor skills to be able to touch, feel and manipulate small objects and wires

## Description

* Provide installation, support, and maintenance of PC, Mac, Android, and iOS devices and peripherals.
 * Configure and troubleshoot basic networking and wireless configurations.
 * Install and troubleshoot consumer A/V equipment, smart home devices, and streaming devices.
 * Meet reasonable timeframes for problem resolution.
 * Document tickets and updates in the incident management system.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
