The Data Analyst will be responsible for processing, interpreting, and analyzing complex datasets to inform data-driven decision-making and support program improvement efforts across Head Start and Early Head Start programs. In this role, the analyst will perform a broad range of data management and analytical functions in support of ongoing program operations, monitoring activities, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The position plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that strengthen program performance, enhance accountability, and support the mission of OHS., The Data Analyst will support the Office of Head Start in advancing program objectives through expertise in data management, analysis, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
