Preferred - CompTIA A+; HDI Support Center Analyst; Apple Certified. - Federal or cultural-institution experience; ITIL Foundations. ## Description Onsite, customer-facing technician delivering white-glove deskside and help-desk support to staff at a mission-driven federal institution in a Google Workspace environment.
