Strong communication skills are critical, including the ability to push back appropriately, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into practical SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP FICO experience with strong exposure to Treasury, Banking, Project Systems, GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and regulated environments., * 5+ years of SAP applications experience. * Strong SAP FICO process and configuration experience. * Experience with Treasury and Banking is highly preferred and considered a key focus area. * Experience with SAP Project Systems, including master data, actuals, and settlement. * Knowledge of AP, AR, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, GL, and timekeeping-related processes. * Experience working in a regulated environment. * Ability to work closely with Solution Architects, business users, and technical teams. * Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business processes and how IT systems support them. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Experience working across multiple SAP functional areas rather than being specialized in only one module. * Related degree or equivalent professional experience.
