The IT Provisioning Analyst primary role is account creation, user audits and maintaining NDR's user account environments for all NDR organizations and outsource partners. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and management of user accounts across all environments including SaaS and software licensing. The IT Provisioning Analyst will partner with the Infrastructure, Information Security and Desktop Support/Operation teams to assist with user and systems audits. This role will be an escalation point for user lockouts or account disabling.
