* 4+ years as product owner, business process analyst.
 * 3 years building software capabilities to support sales, service, or other customer relationship management function.
 * 2 years working in an Agile environment, preferably SCRUM
 * Healthcare insurance experience required
 * Strong knowledge of managing product build teams
 * Demonstrated experience of delivering similar engagements

## Description

* Work with the Product Owner to ensure that the business requirements are clearly articulated and understood by the whole team (PO/UX/Design /Developer/Tester/Solution Designer/Scrum Master).
 * Understand story dependencies across Product Teams and have on-going dialogue with the other Product Team BAs.
 * Work alongside the Product Owner to continually redefine and groom the product backlog and ensure there are enough stories play ready for the next sprint.
 * Maintain product team artefacts and documentation to ensure rapid on-going deliveries and to support other teams understanding of the domain.
 * Support the scrum team throughout the sprints during show and tell at the end of sprints.
