Preferred Qualifications * Experience with voice call/telephony integration platforms integrated with Dynamics 365. * Knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions. * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). * Familiarity with Azure Integration Services and Microsoft ecosystem technologies. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred. * Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients and distributed project teams. ## Description We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & CRM Consultants to join high-profile Greenfield implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, with additional expertise in voice/telephony integration solutions. This role requires professionals who can work closely with business stakeholders, lead solution design discussions, configure and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, support testing activities, and drive successful go-live deployments.
