* Ability to independently, quickly, and efficiently identify and solve system problems that can impact a large number of customers.
 * Ability to combine strong system knowledge with a strong understanding of customer requirements to offer custom solutions to problems in a very practical, timely and efficient manner. Customer service skills are critical.

 * Campus Solution's experience is preferred.
 * Experience with Oracle SQL.
