A minimum of four years of architectural experience in the planning, design and management of commercial or public building projects is required. Must possess a State of Florida Registered Architect license., * Experience with space planning, building envelope, egress and life safety, and ADA accessibility in vertical construction is desired. * Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code (Building and Energy), Florida Fire Prevention Code, ADA standards, and other applicable codes is preferred. * Proficiency with design and document review tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, is desired. * Experience reviewing the work of Architecture and Engineering consultants and identifying design, code, or constructability issues is desired. * Strong written communication skills are desired. ## Description The Senior Registered Architect represents the Program Management Office (PMO) and provides licensed architectural support across all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, procurement, design, construction, and closeout. The role assists the PMO team with scope and design development, reviews consultant work against project requirements, and performs in-house architectural work on smaller projects. The role provides architectural support within the PMO and does not serve as a regulatory authority for permitting or code enforcement.
