## Description

* Develop plans to migrate to new technologies as a Nuclear IT department, including communications and training.
 * Participate in weekly architecture meetings to discuss ongoing projects and new projects.
 * Prepare and present architectural plans for upgrades and new Nuclear IT efforts to Enterprise-Wide Architecture and Cybersecurity for approval.
 * Provide coaching and mentoring to other developers as needed across Nuclear IT department
 * Provide a point of escalation for developers, and assist with the removal of impediments
 * Troubleshoot issues as necessary, in application development or production support.
 * Construct application software components from design packages.
 * Construct prototypes. Develop support documentation.
 * Prepare and perform Unit Testing of software components. Assist with technical testing, such as system, integration, performance, load, and regression testing.
