Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Windows, Dell, Apple/iOS, Intune, Teams Rooms, mobile device support, and hardware lifecycle management. * Experience supporting public sector, cybersecurity, emergency operations, law enforcement, or other regulated environments. * Experience supporting executive briefings, hybrid meetings, and collaboration technology environments. * Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, ITIL, HDI, or equivalent experience., All employment offers are contingent on the successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
