## Description

· Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow (IDN).

· Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.

· Configure provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, and certifications.

· Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, ServiceNow, and enterprise applications.

· Develop workflows, rules, reports, and customizations.

· Support access reviews, compliance audits, and governance initiatives.

· Troubleshoot SailPoint issues and provide production support.
