Wealth and Asset Management Engineering within Schwab Technology supports critical teams across asset management, wealth and advice solutions, financial research, and third-party platforms. In this role, you'll help keep teammates productive and connected by resolving desktop and application issues quickly, securely, and with a strong customer focus. You'll partner across technology teams to deliver stable, reliable endpoint experiences-bringing a structured approach to troubleshooting while continuing to grow your skills and career.

What You'll Do:

 * Provide first- and second-level support for endpoint, application, and connectivity issues

 * Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and approved software

 * Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades

 * Track and manage device lifecycle activities

 * Administer user access requests and permissions

 * Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

 * Partner with internal teams and vendors on incidents and upgrades

 * Identify root causes and contribute to continuous improvement
