This role partners closely with leadership to leverage internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, improve customer engagement, and drive business performance. The Manager, Data Analytics oversees a team of analysts and external partners while serving as a subject matter expert in customer insights, loyalty analytics, reporting, competitive intelligence, and business performance measurement.
