This on-site role also supports remote locations and is responsible for hardware installations, software upgrades, system integrations, and IT troubleshooting. The role applies engineering principles to system design, development, testing, and documentation, while supporting technical solutions that meet customer requirements. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams including Development, Manufacturing, and Quality, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
