Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. * Proficiency in AL programming language; working knowledge of C/AL a plus * Strong understanding of BC functional areas - particularly finance and supply chain * Experience with BC APIs, OData, and integration patterns * Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for BC development * Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, not just technical teams * Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred Nice to Have: * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification * Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) in a BC context * Experience with EDI integrations or WMS connectors Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 15 pounds unassisted * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future. ## Description TemperPack is looking for a skilled D365 Business Central Developer to design, build, and maintain solutions that support our core business operations across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
