Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing tasks. ## Description This role ensures infrastructure, identity, and endpoint platforms evolve in alignment with organizational growth while implementing secure, standardized, and well-documented systems that enhance end-user experience and long-term IT effectiveness. Additionally, this role will manage the modernization, resiliency, and scalability of the organization's technological environment by driving initiatives that expand cloud adoption, strengthen disaster recovery capabilities, and improve operational efficiency., * Administer cloud-based productivity and identity platforms to enhance collaboration, service availability, and enterprise security. * Manage core server, identity, and virtualization infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and compliant operations. * Improve organizational resiliency by executing backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, and alert-response processes in accordance with established continuity and security standards. * Manage and support network infrastructure components to maintain reliable, efficient, and secure connectivity across the organization. * Support operational excellence through effective endpoint management, accurate technical documentation, and participation in scheduled on-call or after-hours support activities.
