Key Responsibilities Collateral Acquisition & Access Control + Coordinate secure download of foundry collateral (e.g., TSMC PDKs, IP bundles) from approved channels + Track delivery schedules and completeness of collateral versus plan + Enforce NDA and access-control policies for restricted foundry data PDK Installation & Environment Setup + Install and configure PDKs, rule decks, models, and libraries in standardized environments + Align toolchain versions with foundry recommendations + Maintain directory structures and environment setup for multi-node support Validation & Testing (Core Responsibility) + Complete PDK validation pipeline: Unit testing (DRC/LVS/ERC/PERC, models, libraries) 1.
