## Description

* Support Windows desktop/server environments (up to Windows 11 & Server 2022)
 * Troubleshoot network and hardware issues like a pro
 * Install and configure systems, apps, and printers
 * Respond to support calls/emails with clarity and confidence
 * Translate "tech speak" into plain English for non-technical users
 * Work independently AND collaborate with a smart, supportive team
 * Visit nearby sites (yes, reliable transportation is a must!)
