## Description

Tony's Tacos is a fast-growing restaurant brand building a data-driven and technology-powered organization. We are looking for a Head of Technology & Systems to design, implement, and manage the company's technology infrastructure. This role will oversee the systems that power marketing, analytics, and internal operations, including the creation of a marketing 'war room' with real-time dashboards and social listening tools.
The ideal candidate is a systems builder who enjoys connecting technology, automation, and data to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Infrastructure

 - Design and manage the company's internal technology systems

 - Build and maintain the marketing war room dashboards and displays

 - Set up and maintain hardware including monitors, workstations, and network equipment

Marketing & Data Systems

 - Implement and manage tools such as ScreenCloud, Geckoboard, Sprout Social, and other marketing technology platforms

 - Build dashboards to track KPIs across marketing, operations, and sales

 - Ensure leadership has clear and accurate performance data

Systems Integration & Automation

 - Connect platforms such as POS, loyalty programs, social media analytics, and reporting tools

 - Implement automation systems to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

 - Continuously improve the company's technology stack

Network & Security

 - Maintain office network, internet, and internal systems

 - Ensure technology systems are reliable, secure, and scalable
