Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * One of the following is required:

 * At least one Microsoft Certification, or
 * Associate's degree (or higher) in a related field.
 * Experience with:
 * Windows Server 2016 or newer
 * Active Directory
 * Microsoft Azure / Entra ID
 * Microsoft 365
 * Windows 11 environments
 * Office 2021 or later
 * Strong troubleshooting and networking skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
 * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to provide both remote and onsite IT support for a variety of client environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise., * Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients.

 * Troubleshoot and maintain computers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and network equipment.
 * Support and administer Windows Server 2016 or newer environments.
 * Manage Active Directory and domain-related services.
 * Support Microsoft Azure / Entra ID and hybrid environments.
 * Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
 * Resolve support tickets from start to finish.
 * Participate in and lead IT infrastructure projects when needed.
 * Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
 * Train end users on the use of hardware and software solutions.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality support.
