Experience:

 * Experience with Subversion, Maven, Nexus, Eclipse(or equivalent IDE)
 * Comfortable with deploying code to application servers (JBoss/Tomcat/Websphere)
 * Experience with MQ (Websphere MQ or ActiveMQ)
 * Experience with BPM software
 * Experience with HTML, Javascript, CSS
