This individual will work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed, to provide support towards our Secure Email solutions for the enterprise. As a Security Engineer, you will need to have a working knowledge of identity and access management, Secure Email Gateways, SMTP Relays, DNS, and tools like Splunk and Chronicle for large enterprise environments. You will also need a basic understanding of email protocols and standards, such as SMTP, TLS, DMARC/SPF/DKIM and secure messaging/encryption. Possess the skills to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment. Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery.
