## About the Role

IRG Clients is seeking a Desktop Support Technician with at least 2 years of experience providing end-user technical support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience supporting desktop and laptop deployments., * Minimum 2 years of desktop support or IT support experience.

 * Strong remote troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
 * Experience imaging and deploying Windows-based devices.
 * Excellent customer service and end-user communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
 * Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with Audio/Visual (AV) integration and support.
 * Experience supporting enterprise hardware refresh and deployment projects.

Additional Requirements:

 * Must be a Wisconsin resident and able to work 100% onsite.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.
 * Flexible schedule availability, including occasional workdays exceeding 8 hours.
 * Valid driver's license and ability to travel between work locations when required.

## Description

* Provide remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
 * Install, configure, image, deploy, and maintain computer hardware and software.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Assist users during device setup, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
 * Manage inventory, equipment replacements, and proper disposal of retired devices.
 * Document, track, and close support tickets while meeting service-level expectations.
 * Travel periodically to support multiple locations and assist with project-based assignments.
