## About the Role

Do you have experience in Project management in technology?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience

 * High School Diploma or GED
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, * Experience with IT hardware installation or technology implementation
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
 * Experience working in a technical support or help desk environment

## Description

We are seeking an Application Technical Specialist I to support technology rollout projects in a call center environment. This role provides first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors who are implementing technology upgrades in retail locations.

This is not a traditional customer service call center role. Instead, you will assist technical personnel working on-site by troubleshooting hardware installation issues and ensuring project protocols are followed.

The role requires managing multiple technology rollout projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate documentation and communication., * Provide first-level technical support to field technicians implementing technology installations.

 * Handle incoming and outbound calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors.
 * Document and update activity in tracking applications and internal systems.
 * Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during technology implementation.
 * Maintain communication via email, Excel, and internal systems to provide project updates.
 * Support multiple rollout projects running across different locations and time zones.
 * Ensure technology implementation procedures and protocols are followed.

Training:

 * Paid onsite training (5 days per week)
 * Training shifts will occur between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM depending on scheduling.
