 * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
 * Experience leading projects and mentoring junior analysts
 * Healthcare IT and clinical systems experience, * Epic Clinical Applications
 * Workflow Analysis & Design
 * Application Build & Optimization
 * System Integration
 * Incident Management
 * Technical Documentation
 * Vendor Collaboration
 * Project Leadership
 * End User Support, * High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

 * Epic anlyst: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * Epic ClinDoc/Orders or Epic Ambulatory or Epic Beacon (Required)

## Description

* Build, maintain, and optimize Epic application functionality
 * Design and configure:
 * Orders
 * Order Sets
 * Therapy Plans
 * Flowsheets
 * Procedure Documentation (ProcDoc)
 * Analyze and troubleshoot complex application and workflow issues
 * Gather and translate business and clinical requirements into technical solutions
 * Support application upgrades, testing, implementation, and maintenance
 * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support
 * Collaborate with clinicians, operational teams, report developers, and IT staff
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow designs
 * Partner with vendors to resolve system issues and improve application performance
 * Lead or participate in complex projects and system enhancement initiatives
 * Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic clinical applications
