## About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Python Developer with 7+ years of experience to join the Product Team in building a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform., * 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python (or strong programming background and willingness to learn Python)

 * Experience with FastAPI or other Python frameworks strongly desired
 * Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
 * High autonomy and self-governance with strong problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent system design and architectural skills
 * High standards for code quality and reliability
 * Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React/NextJS/Node) is a significant plus
 * Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level

* Design and develop high-quality, reliable software components for an AI-powered financial platform
 * Gather requirements, consider edge cases, and create system designs independently
 * Collaborate with a small team of highly skilled engineers to build innovative solutions
