## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in software development (C#, C++, or similar)
 * Experience with test systems, hardware integration, or instrumentation
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across software and physical systems
 * Experience with Windows OS, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps
 * Bachelor's degree in STEM (or equivalent experience)
 * U.S. Citizenship (clearance eligible)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
 * Familiarity with NI tools (VISA, MAX, etc.) or LabVIEW
 * Knowledge of hardware interfaces (TCP/IP, UDP, RS-422)
 * Background in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing

## Description

We are hiring Senior Software Engineer - Test Systems (ATE / C# / Hardware Integration) to build software for automated test systems (ATE) used in aerospace and defense. Hands-on role working across C#, C++, hardware integration, and real-world production systems. We hire and grow engineers who thrive on solving hard problems and turning bold ideas into real-world solutions.  * Integrate software with automated test equipment (ATE) and lab instrumentation
 * Troubleshoot software and hardware integration issues in production environments
 * Collaborate with electrical, systems, and manufacturing engineers
 * Support full software lifecycle (requirements development validation)
 * Work in a fast-paced environment supporting real production systems
